4. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data collected on the website is controlled by Storengy France, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés in Nanterre under registration number 487 650 632, with registered office as Immeuble Djinn, 12 rue Raoul Nordling, CS 70001, 92274 Bois-Colombes Cedex, France.

The personal data collected on each contact form is limited to that which is strictly necessary (data minimisation), with an asterisk used at the point of collection to mark data as compulsory or optional. With your consent, we directly collect and process your first name, last name, email address and telephone number in order to contact you and to deal with your request appropriately. This data is processed for administrative and commercial purposes only. The recipients of this data are identified on the contact form at the time of collection. Some data is collected automatically and indirectly in line with the legitimate interest of the data controller and in response to your actions on the website in order to improve your browsing experience. This data is processed for information purposes only. The recipients of this data are Storengy France, Storengy SAS and Google Analytics. You should exercise caution when submitting data (confidential or personal data) in the comments fields or as attachments. Storengy France cannot be held liable for information in its possession which you have not been expressly requested to provide.

Your personal data is retained for a limited period of time, determined according to the nature of the data and the intended purpose:

  • First name, last name, email address and telephone number
  • Connection data and browsing data: from one minute to two years

At the end of this period, the personal data is erased.

Storengy France undertakes to take all such precautions as appropriate to protect the personal data processed by its departments and in particular to prevent this data being distorted, corrupted or communicated to unauthorised third parties. In accordance with current legislation on protection of personal data, you have the right to access, to rectification, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to erasure of your personal data. The website is governed in its entirety by French legislation on copyright, trademarks rights and intellectual property in general. The trademarks and logos (including semi-figurative trademarks) of Storengy France featured on the website are registered trademarks. Any reproduction or representation, either in whole or in part, alone or integrated within other elements, without the express prior written authorisation of Storengy France is strictly prohibited.

The general structure, software, texts, databases, animated and still images, videos, sounds, know-how, animations and, more generally, all information and content featured on the website are the property of Storengy France or are subject to rights concerning their use and exploitation. These elements are subject to copyright legislation.

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute must be brought exclusively before the relevant French courts.

11. Use of cookies

The ethics alert system ethics@engie.com is open to all stakeholders within the ENGIE Group: employees of all statuses, customers, suppliers, etc. Use of the system is entirely voluntary and cannot be make compulsory.

Alert recipients: individuals with specific responsibility for handling ethics alerts. We cannot exclude the possibility that the information gathered by means of this mechanism is communicated to another company within the Group in order for ethics reporting to be processed in accordance with legal provisions, in particular by taking all such steps as necessary to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data communicated.

Transfer outside of the EU: where relevant, such transfers are regulated by the BCR of the ENGIE Group.
